I have a squeal from the bellhousing area ( not very loud )clutch all the way up no noise,clutch all the way down no noise,in neutral no noise,in gear down the road no noise,only makes noise in the area of pedal travel when your changing gears.Bad throwout bearing(only has about 200 mi. on it)?Pilot bearing would make noise all the time the trans is spinning, right?If it's the throw out bearing anything to look/watch for when getting a new one for quality?

I would say you are right about the throw out bearing. Could it be a broken clip on the fork? Anyway I just always go to my local NAPA store and get their bearing. I think they have Eaton or Fed Mogal.
