1967, gauges, AAW factory fit harnesses.
1. No courtesy lights, dash illum, dome lights, tail lights, turn signals.
2. Constant power to wiper motor

Test light showed no power in fuse box for instr lps, ctsy Haz lps, or tail lps.

Any advice would be great!!

Wiper motor is supposed to be hot all the time the key is on. the dash lights get their feed from the tial almp fuse so when you get tail lamps you'l power the fuse to dash lights. It looks like you might have no battery power to the bottom threee fuses in the fuse box, meaning a bad fuse link of missed connection somewhere.

Next time I'll run spell check before I hit enter. To go into further detail about wipers the motor needs a good ground and the switch must be grounded also. Have you checked both sides of the tail lamp fuse and the clk ltr csty fuse for power with a test light?

Jeff,
The bottom fuse is Stop and Tail. I get test light at Stop side, but not on Tail side.
I think I got light at clk ltr, but not other side at ctsy Haz.

Both of those fuses are bad. Power on one side proves power in. Check metal cap on fuse and the clip it fits into to be sure the connection is good there first. I think form your posts across the street that your fairly close if you get really stumped there are some south siders here that could do some "hands on" if necessary.

Why?

It seems like you're in very good hands here. Jeff is on the money.

Assuming you have a test light with a ground clip and you've clipped that clip to a good ground...

A fuse that only has power on one side is blown.

As for the circuits you are chasing, all 3 are BAT circuits, power all the time, rather than power only when the ign is on.
You might need to pop the fuse box off the firewall, I think you got a problem back there.

Im sure Jeff know his stuff. Im just so used to you being the first responder to my questions! LOL
I was making sure nothing happened to you! :)
The fuse is not blown on the ones where there is only power to one side. I thought that too but they are not blown.

Thanks Jeff. I have the glass fuses with the thick wide filament, not the thin wire filament. Could that be a problem?
