Sorry it's been a while since I've posted, so I should start out by saying hi to everyone. :waving:

So, I have a old 350 in my 67 camaro and I'm taking off the cast iron intake manifold and going with an Edelbrock Performer.

I'm concerned with the water passage restrictor/block off plates. With a 1970 350 block and 1970 LT1 heads, is there any chart or recommendation on what I should/should't do for the water passage restrictor plates?

The restrictor plates block the heat riser passage that exhaust runs through not water.Use them.
