Help me interpret this balance sheet from the machine shop. All this went high tech since I built a motor. Can't make hide nor hair out of it.

Plane is the distance from the supports or bearings to the position the weight was removed
The 19" is the distance betweent the two bearings
Angle is just a position reference on the counterweight for the operator to know where to add or remove weight
The rest is just the weight added or removed to achieve near zero balance
Any time i see zero I get a bit nervous as zero balance twice in a row on one end taking weight off the other is virtually impossible
Not saying it cannot be done,,, just have my doubts

Also there is no mention of the weights of the parts or the total bobweight so the numbers are really meanless unless you know for certain the bobweight was calculated correctly & the weights were installed correctly on the rod journals

I will try to put up one of my balance sheets this evening if you would like to see it

Sorry about the bobweights. Here they are. Will this engine stay together?

That is the part you care about
If you should need to replace something you have a weight reference

As far as staying together,, my wee gee board is out of commission so,,,,

Here is one of my balance sheets I just did
This one was a bit of work, needed 266 grams off one end

After looking at the sheets does it look to be "Normal" or is it out of whack somehow? If it was your engine would you be happy with these results? I don't mean to hound you but this is Greek to me.

Be nice to have some idea of what it is but it looks about normal for a generic 350 with a cast piston or a heavier forged one
± 1900 gms is average

Thanks for all your help. I appreciate your time and effort. Yes it's 350 punched 40 over. We used the stock rods and crank turned to 10/10. It was 30 over but had some rust from setting up. Machinist said it cleared up with honing to 40. The pistons are TRW forged.
