I think you will need more converter with that cam 3000-3200. It will work with nitrous at a 150 shot but any larger and you would want a 114 LSA.

With 11.0 that cam will work pretty well but Isky has some new lobes that look pretty good that have more area
These would be a custom

Your choice
282/294- 234/246-150/157 .530/.550
Two intakes w/lobe lift
278/230/154-.373
282/236/152-.372
And Exhaust
290/244/160-.372
294/248/164-.372

As far as the comment about the nitrous
While a dedicated nitrous cam may want wider LSA do not confuse this with something you are using nitrous on occasion

There is no reason at all any of these lobes on 108-110 wll not work just fine with 150-200 or more
I have a 347 (big bore short stroke) small block on the dyno right now that is 10.0 compression with AFR heads & the cam is a flat tappet with 107 LSA
It made 550 on engine, 713 on a 200 shot with 8° pulled

double check that part number before you order Harry, that cam is for an 88 and up original roller block, not a gen1 retro roller.

I really like the cams Mike lists, when I read the specs you posted I was thinking a bit more lift, a bit more duration and less lsa. A 406 will eat up what seems like a lot of cam pretty quick. With 11:1 you can easily go more cam and while the 2500 stall will work with the 406, I would get more converter personally, 3000-3500.
Also as Mike points out don't worry about a cam designed around nitrous which the one you list seems like, that wide of an lsa is going to hurt power when running NA. You really won't even see any difference in lsa's under a 200 horse shot.

well I do have a 3000 stall converter so that really isnt an issue.
but thinking about bigger cams and I almost overlooked the power brake factor.
ill need at least 13" for the brakes.
im told the cam i chose will give me 15"?

I had a solid roller in my 406 that was .250 @ .050, .570 lift and on 108 lsa, with my HP950 carb I had 13" plus of vacuum, I never had a single issue with my vac on my brakes.Of course I never repeatedly hammered my brakes but even coming down a hill idling, rolling to a stop etc., always had good pedal.
I wouldn't sweat it much, the cams like Mike listed will give you plenty of vac as long as the motor is in a good state of tune.
As long as you have good heads, that motor screams for more cam, you will definitely notice it!

the heads are brodix -10 heads and have had a ton of work done on them.
the limit to the lift i can get on the valve springs is .650 so binding wont be an issue for sure.
intake ports are opened to 222 cc
chamber vol 67cc
intake /exhaust valve sizes 2.080/1.600
angle plugs
spread port D exhaust

Piston to valve clearance might be a problem though.
