I did a quick look through my catalogs and it appears most places are selling door panel clips for the sail panels. I couldn't find an exact match of the originals.

Those door panel clips are correct Don, they hook on to that plate. Roger , How do you plan on making that stay on if you find the plate? I don't think I have any sail panels like that laying around anymore, the ones on my 10E built 69 use a plastic velcro like thing, it actually comes off with out pulling the piece off the sail panel. I had theplate come off of an early car I had and never figured a way to keep it back on. If I had a need to replsce one of those plates I'd use velcro or some kind of interlocking plastic.

I plan on drilling the holes in the corners and using 1/8" pop rivets. If I can't find one I think I can make one from some stainless I have from some old mud flaps. The door clips hook in to these and then they hook to the sail panel sheet metal. thanks for the replies guys.
