New D/Stock National Record, Atco, NJ

Just a heads up to everyone here. We finally got the D/Stock NHRA national record this past weekend at Atco Raceway in NJ. Went through tear down and an intense inspection with Divisonal One tech officials. 10.45 at 126.21 is the new record. D/A was 1000ft. Not great as many tried to set records on Friday but there were only two set in Stock Eliminator, me and Bobby Bender. Bender got the O/SA record at a 12.55.

I do appraciate everyone's support as this was not an easy task. For now, CHP has the bragging rights for the quickest STOCK 302 Z28 in the nation. We have been thrashing this car since the fall and finally the hard work paid off.

Thanks everyone. Will be in the Big Easy next week and then on to Dallas. Have to stay on the road to support this addiction to speed...........LOL.
