I listed this on racingjunk today if anyone is looking for some horsepower.
I'll list it here and other places as well, but it's late now...

I think the focus is on an 8sec 2nd Gen Camaro now and that teeny little F1 Procharger kust isn't going to cut it now. :wall:

I know. I just listened to him talk about how he was thinking about putting it in his vert the last couple months, and had to poke him after telling him repeatedly not to do it. :boxing:

I kinda like the idea... a lot. But we'd be talking a whole new engine. I'm running my matching numbers block, 2 bolt mains, cast china crank, and 11:1 compression...

And my 12 second vert is fast enough... (did I say that?)

I never thought you actually would use it in your vert for those same reasons.
Except this one

 :noway:

Then again I'm still pissed my only outing to the track this yr held me to a 12:03 pass. Changed so many things hard to say what the issue is. Not to mention I only got 3 runs.

Nice Jim, is that more parts for Mark's hotrod fund?

I wish that was a D1 or a P1 maybe even, there is a possibilty I'm in the market for one. Let me know if you come across any deals in you search for parts.

A D1 or P1? those are "little" aren't they?
No... this is an F1, with the intercooler. It will all fit in a forstgen no problem at all. Will make maybe 25 lbs of boost into a 427... Say 800 RWHP on a bad day?

Oh yeah the F1 is a bad boy, I would love to drop the cash on that one you have, but I don't think I could get the 4K$ "approval" if you know what I mean.

I think I will be going with a D1 if I go that route, but I am going to make some calls to Procharger and maybe Vortech first. The more I think about it I will likely be going this route though.

25# of boost is two atmospheres (14# doubles the motor basically) , I'm thinking 1000 horse on a bad day EASY. :woohoo:
