As you can see there was alot of age on the car. The more I dig, the more I find.

Hi Christopher, and welcome to Firstgens!
That looks like quite a project you're starting!

Thank you; This is an experience to really repair one correctly. Now that I have started this, I see all restoration projects as the money it takes to do this kind of work. When I have a young person who has purchased one of these cars, thinking they are going to throw some paint on it and have a $50,000 car. One guy that brings his Shelby Mustang to the local Dog and Suds every weekend; It is rusted so badly, the only thing worth anything is the Shelby tag. You know how Mustangs are unibody, I do not think it is safe to drive, and the money to repair it would be beyond any value the car could ever bring.
You really have to love a car to do all of this to it.

Ok, Here it is with the new Hood. I am going to have to move the pins outward. The painter installed them in the wrong place.

I like the look, but the pins have to be moved.

Now that the sheet metal is installed and straight, it is time to tear it back down to go on the Rotisserie.
