getting down to business with this car!! Started last Friday, Oct 14, worked through the weekend. Only spent like 2-3 hours a day with it since I lose interest quick. Had my dad take some of the smaller parts to work so he can sand blast. Didnt do anything to the car during the week until Friday, Oct 21, took header panel and core support out.

Been sick so im taking a break. Going to take some of the bigger pieces to get cleaned up and powder coated this coming week once i feel better.

Still feel like crap, haven't taken the bigger parts to the powder coating place. I have primered and painted some of the parts already that my dad had sand blasted.

Makes me happy to see all the original, factory, stampings on these parts.

That pile of primed parts looks familiar, I just turned all those satin black for mine.

Jeff, I have painted the majority of the parts semi gloss. Ill take some pics tomorrow. I took off the lower valance and the hood earlier tonight.

So I took off the driver side fender including all the parts attached to it. I got pissed and anxious after my 1st attempt. Left it for about an hour and came back to it, calm and collected, took the bad boy off. I feel good! Can see the original color of the car now on the side.

What is the can of soup that is attached to the driver side firewall? My only guess would be for the windshield washer fluid bottle and motor.

Found a mouse skull inside also
