 Post subject: Disc Brake bango bolt crush washers

I continue to have drivers side hose leakage at the crush washer. I have replaced the hose ,the caliper and the washers numerous times with thin and thick ones. I don't want to tighten to much and strip the caliper as I did the other one. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks

May be a last post but which washers are you using? Soft blank or prestamped? I have better luck using soft blank, unstamped or ungroved on the caliper side but groved on the bolt/hose side.

I've had better luck reusing the original than replacing them.
