Check out everything. Look for security guards, cameras, guard dogs etc. Wear dark clothing and a hood, carry bolt cutters, get a friend you can trust and a truck with a lift gate............

When I got my compressor I think I followed Don's advise first then Steps when I got it home. :laughing:

David the cherry picker works just be careful of the safety cage around the belt/pulley.

Round up 4 buddies with strong backs that owe you a favor, thats what I wound up doing. Mine was standing upright on the pallet and was simply too tall in the back of the pickup to even get a cherry picker over it. We actually separated it from the pallet while on the truck.

I actually have mine already on the ground but still on the pallet in my shop. I used a small utility trailer with a tilting bed to get it inside then used my John Deere LT 166 lawn mower to help position it where I wanted it.
