It's almost here again. I am actually looking forward to making it this year. (If I don't have to work both days again :wall: .) more than likely going to be the 27th for me.

Any of you South Siders that drive the tollway to the Kirk Rd exit to attend this event are about 4 blocks from my place as you exit. You are more than welcome to stop in either before or after. If there is some interest I can formally plan something as the time draws closer.

I've been the last couple of years. I'd like to go again. Met Tom & Al there last year. Got a lot of catalogs and Vic Edelbrock signed a hat for me  It will probably be the 27th for me as well. Fuel for the imagination!

I enjoyed going the past 2 years and will likely go again this year. I will also say the 27th is better for me. Maybe we can car pool up this year Don and pick Jeff up on the way? I will check with Al to see if he is planning on going.

I've wanted to go to this in the past, but never wanted to travel all that way just to go by myself. If there's this much interest this yr I may try to schedule it in. And maybe we can drag Jim out as well. After all he's alwayss collecting race parts anyway.

I'm up for that! After the show we could come here or go to a very close pizza place (Ach and Lou's) or the local watering hole if ya want. I think it would be a shame for Tim to get this close to my work in progress and not stop to have a peek.

Sounds good Jeff if it works out that way.
To see you project in its current state would be cool, but learning how to weld that 1/4 back on would be even better.

Tim, I'm contemplating where and how I'm gonna make the seam in those quarters. Can't decide if I want to put it under the roof like the factory or not.

Jeff with your mad skills no one will be able to detect the seam no matter where you put it.
