No, not my vert, not mine at all, don't even know who's. It popped up a few days ago on my route to work.

It's a 67 coupe, painted burgundy with white Z stripes. 327 badges. Appears to be a real RS, correct trim, backup lights, gas cap, etc. Looked to be an older restoration that hasn't been driven much, body looks pretty clean. Duals with turndowns, stock rear (with chrome cover) on mono's. Interior is black, front seats had white inserts, had a tach and shift light on the drivers A pillar. Couldn't see much else, side windows were tinted very dark.

Sign in the windows said 67 RS, 350-400hp. Said $20,000. The fourth zero used to be something else.

Whadaya think guys?

Nice looking car. The tinted windows don't help it in my eyes but it is a nice looking car. Without more knowledge of the body work and pedigree I think it might be priced a bit high.

Don't have any knowledge. Might get some at some point. I stopped in the driveway (in my vert, not being quiet) and took a quick peek and some cel phone pics. There was a truck in the driveway but no one came out of the house. I don't like the dark windows either.

There's a 68 and a 69 in downtown Aurora. The 68 seeems to be priced pretty good at $20G. I think the 69 is 10G over at $17000. If I take my camera with me Monday I'll snap some pics of the 68.

Looked at a plain jane 67 coupe w/ a 327 auto Florida car yesterday here in New Lenox. Pretty clean under the rear. Clean looking black interior but the seat inserts were a non-orignal gray woven cloth insert. Exterior was copper color and not original. Decent looking car but in my opion not worth the 21K he was asking. No pictures, sorry!

Makes the RS at 20K look like the better deal.

Jim I've been thinking about our conversation at the BBQ about your next project being rust free . Well I think I've found a great project for you. You don't have to worry about removing any rust one this one.

As seen I would think 20k is a good asking price. Wish we knew what it had under the hood, but After all it is a 67. :anim35:

Now, If it were a 69 maybe 39-40k. :waving:
